Frustrated

I use this app for work to see if our Fedex planes are on time. It worked great until about 3 weeks ago and now I can only use it when I have wifi. It gives me an error message that says I have lost internet connection. All of my other apps work fine. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it 3 times. Very disappointed.
