Always trouble

Helps to keep track of the flight to know when to get to airport by tracking the flight in real time.

This app was easy to use and right on for me to pickup my granddaughters.

When I see a plane and I don’t know what it is, I can use this app ant it shows me the plane and no trial :)

Great & very useful info providing app

Great way to see where the plane you are to be flying on is at during the day, and forecast delays long before the airline tells you about it. Also very fun to see where the planes flying over your head are coming from or heading to.

Easy to determine where your scheduled flight is prior to your destination. Allows you to plan the time at the airport appropriately.

I love this app and use it every week. If you’re flying enthusiast, it’s fun to track flights and check a lot of other information concerning the flights. I do wish though that they would start showing blocked flights like some of the other sites already do. I end up spending time on other sites because of this fact even though I actually like FlightAware better.

This has been the go to and absolute best app for YEARS! The newest format is horrendous and if I could give ZERO stars I would. And it just keeps getting worse with each update/change. I use this app when on the move working airplanes and on the phone I don’t want to select “scheduled to arrive or depart”. Nonsense!

Great app to see planes that are right above you. We live by a rural airstrip and it is very helpful to see the plane arriving

It incorrectly displays the Gulf of Mexico name.

We use this app at our fbo and flight school. With summer coming and jet traffic starting to increase, I was looking for something similar just to stay ahead on my days off. Wasn’t sure which app to choose until I read a 1 star review by someone calling this a MAGA app… so as an American, the choice was made. I haven’t felt the need to whine about anything since!

Reliability is low as are features, not really worth the subscription cost.

this is one of my applications I use in my electronic flight bag, EFB. Great tool to get overview of airport and general traffic at airports.

Setup for 1st flight was easy. But can’t find anyway to delete that flight and find my next connecting flight?! Hitting the back button is useless. Hey developer, ya think ya might want to revise your prog & put in a way to delete a flight so the user can put in another? What a waste of time.

This used to be a top notch application until this last update. The flight filtering that has been added to just trying to simply look up a flight status, and requiring notifications makes this app pretty much worthless… just trying to figure out what’s going on with the flight. It doesn’t need to know if I’m traveling on it, operating it, or meeting somebody on it. It may be none of those in fact today it was.

As an app, I quite like FlightAware, but as toady that has knuckled under and changed the label of the Gulf of Mexico to that other name, shame on you. Global place names shouldn’t be changed on a whim. Ridiculous.

What a disaster you have created. It worked well and did everything needed. Now it doesn't load, then eventually wants a "sign in". I will go elsewhere. But thanks for many good years!

One star until they stop giving misinformation.

It works very well. I’m in awe each time I watch my daughter’s flights. She flew to ATL the day after the helicopter/plane crash. She finally returned this last Friday. I watched her going and coming. Too notch!!

PD helicopter flying overhead (armed suspect in our neighborhood) and the tracking in Anaheim Hills, CA is messed up.

Gulf of Mexico, not what you cowardly use. Deleted app.

Get altitude and other details necessary for reports to the FAA and other .gov reporting

Since FlightAware has caved with Trumps fake renaming of the Gulf of Mexico you get a one rating. Should be a zero.

If you love watching the magnificence of air travel you will love this app. Whenever I am sitting at airports I open the app to see where the planes are coming and going. It’s always exciting to see their departure countries and cities! Takes a bit getting used to it but have fun exploring and virtual traveling with others.

It’s a nice feature rich app when it functions correctly, such as not being able to set alerts. Sometimes it works and the next it doesn’t. I paid for a membership but it doesn’t show up, even after sign out, closing app and restoring purchases. If you have an iPhone just text the flight number and you can preview/track the flight. It’s not as feature rich, but works quite well, no ads, and it’s free.

I love tracking the planes of people coming to visit us. I know of the flight status and if they are ahead of scheduled arrival time, on time or late. Saves me time waiting at the airport.

I love to watch the little plane as it makes its way across the sky on the app. And I always know where my loved one is. Except for brief brief at times when they’re out of communication when they’re crossing the Atlantic. And I like knowing how high they are and how fast they’re going. I can even tell that they’re doing their final approach to land because the plane starts going down in altitude and speed. I can tell when it lands and even watched a recent flight taxi to the gate.

Why did you change this, it used to be simple!

Have a business account and it is impossible to sign in.

They need to update flight times and delays like other apps that show scheduled vs actual on main screen

This App is getting worse and there appears to be another flight app they are pushing after you may have paid for this one years. Ack. The graphics are worse for. Actual live flight. Please restore to previous graphics. Timely updates seem to be lagging. Delays of flights are lagging at times. Example is 2/6/25 BR 16 EVA Air TPE to LAX. Not sure what you guys have done to App but please roll back a months worth of @enhacements and fix it. Heck Google is better now. You guys really screwed up this up!

What is this mystery “authenticator app” that blocks sign in. This is a flight tracking app, what is with the insane security. Searching for an alternative now. Soooooo Frustrated!!!

App will not let me set up alerts for both my departure and arrival dates and cannot delete the incorrect info Very frustrating service including bank and forth with CS that keeps asking me to state the issue which I do then get asked again

I used this app successfully for over a decade then it just stopped while I was tracking a flight. I tried restarting but the app closes as soon as I open it. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same thing. It closes right after I try opening it.

Yes I have notifications enabled. Doublechecked settings for this flight alerts. Thankfully airline app sent notification on the way to airport.

When trying to use this app it would NEVER display, or allow me to pick, the current date. Defeats the whole point in using the app.

Very useful app.

Almost impossible to login, and it won’t stay logged in. App re-directs to the website, and once there, can’t get back on the app in a logged in status. Nightmare to use.

Took off wx at Airport and changed history and scheduled! If it isn’t broken? Why Change! Please put wind speed/direction and metar on airport info if possible? Please?

Great service and comfort

(FBO Manager here). I’ve used flight aware mobile for years. This new update makes it much more difficult to track flights on my phone. On the desktop however, it’s great.

if I could give less than one star I would. did anyone actually try to use the new interface over there? it’s so much harder to read & you have to push more buttons to even get where you want to go. I don’t even have automatic updates on either so I don’t know why it even changed

The inbound flight feature is great

App worked great until recent update… 4 flight groups missing now… a must have, and really expect to have with a paid business subscription… Please fix ASAP! this button you have to push for more detail on a given airport is useless!
