What a great app. If you fly often, this is the app you need. There are s few features I use every week when I fly. 1. The " where is my plane now?" Button. This is fantastic when watching delayed flights. Just search your flight and and you will see on the top a button that lets you see where your plane is currently. I love it to know if it has taken off yet or if it is diverted due to weather. 2. Real time flight plans. Im not sure how this works, but this app has the ability to show what flight plan the pilot has filed with the FAA. This is great to see when you are dealing with weather delays. Also, it shows the actual patch you are taking as well. Just cool to see what route you actually took vs what they had planned. 3. Real time delays/cancellations. This app actually will show this info faster then what is displayed on the boards at the airports. Has saved me a few times when beating the rush after a canceled flight. 4. Actual flight durations. Again, the airline will give themselves a "buffer" for how long an flight will take. For example a flight from Chicago to Detroit on Southwest always shows a 55 min flight time. However, checking this app will give you a duration filed with the FAA, in my case the actual flight is only 44 minutes long. Helps with planning a pickup if needed. I would gladly have paid a few bucks for this app, so Im super impressed its free. Keep up the good work!

I did not ask to upgrade to FlightAwares glossy new version. Right now, I am very unhappy with the new version. I valued the old FA for one thing; the obvious and easy ability to determine the status of the incoming flight. It is now either most definitely NOT obvious, or it has been stripped out. FA has lost 99% of its appeal and functionality, IMHO.

This is the best and most accurate resource for any ride-share driver that works the airport! No more wondering if any more planes are scheduled, this app tells you where the plane is coming from, when its due to arrive, if its going to be delayed and when it has fared. You NEED this app if you want to be successful in your new job :)

Its a decent interface but the arrival times when I used it were wrong.

Good app. Neat! But to improve 110%...? Make it capable to sync with Tripit!!

I got this app to track a couple of flights that my family took. It made it very easy to identify the flight despite not having all the info on me. The aircraft tracking times seemed very accurate and the realtime map graphics look great. Definitely will use again

Have been using this app for one year, and it very reliable.

I am sad because I lost all of my years of flight history when my phone updated or righter when the Mobistar software was discontinued. No bueno. Lost my travel history. No bueno. Sad.

just wanted notifications for an arriving flight. had to sign up. confirm. confirmed. still didnt let me.

Im a huge aviation geek. This app is so awesome! I really like all the features.

I use this app for work to see if our Fedex planes are on time. It worked great until about 3 weeks ago and now I can only use it when I have wifi. It gives me an error message that says I have lost internet connection. All of my other apps work fine. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it 3 times. Very disappointed.

The previous version was much easier to use-fast, simple... I find this latest update tedious.

Two weeks in a row when you say no major delays at PHX yet the airport is on a total stop. Need to be current if we are to believe what you say.

Lousy app when compared to their website. Information is sketchy and hard to unearth. Still, better than the competition.

App is terrible. Data not up to date, info runs about 10 minutes behind realtime. Not worth it.

The last version sure was easy to use. Not so with this version. Ill give it some more time but will be looking at other options. If I can add a new airport in less that a few minutes, even with a new version I am learning, something is wrong with the programming. Flight Aware, I loved you. Please come back!

Went through the whole obnoxious account creation process (unnecessary hoop-jumping), and cant set an alert for the flight I need. "Error - please try again" over and over and over.

Tracks flights well, however, the other features are not easy to use. App gives error messages without an explanation for correction!

It looks like it would be a great app to alert you to the flight information, if it actually let you create the alert. Every time, no matter which method of alerting I select, or which alerts I select, when I try to save my choices, it says "error, please try again." I see the same comment in almost every review I am reading now. Doesnt the software developer read these comments? I give it one star because it wont let me give it zero.
