FlightAware Flight Tracker App Reviews

Ive had success using this app to identify planes overhead. The UI is poor and there is a ton of room for improvement. But, its better than nothing.

I use this app all of the time. I updated it last week and it has to be one of the worst updates EVER. Totally unusable, it cant look up flight numbers, and doesnt keep a record of past flight searches. Im seriously considering going over to a different flight tracker. Bad job, flight aware.

Every time I open it, it keeps on shutting down. Please fix.

If only the app worked properly. Can’t save any notifications without getting the error “Please confirm your information and try again.” Lame.

It used be to be an ok app. But after the update I no longer find it useful in any way. I already found a new and better app for tracking flights.

Should have left the app the way it was, which was functional. This "improvement" is clunky, hard to use, doesnt show gate info like previous version. Please revert.

Used to be a great app, easy to use, intuitive. I guessing you had a kindergarten class do the latest update.

Horrible site. Impossible to navigate easily

I used to use it to preview my flight route. It made it easy to copy my clearance with ATC knowing the route theyd assigned by what was shown in Flightaware. Now its a run-of-the-mill civilian flight tracker. They successfully found their way to mediocrity. Way to go guys!

This used to be a great app, but the new interface is a big disappointment. It is not intuitive and makes finding specific airline flights more difficult. Please return to the old format. Perhaps you got new app developers, is so try again.

As being some one who is in aviation and needs to track multiple flights regularly, this app used to be my go to. I had gotten away from it for awhile and recently had a family member fly in. Then app is very hard to navigate around and gave me incorrect information.

This was a great app previously. I used it constantly, as we tracked private aircraft in our fleet. Almost unusable now.

Should have kept old version. Way better. Easier to use and more functional

Love the old version of this app and used to use it often, however the new update is not user friendly at all. I miss the old version very much! Please go back or update to a version similar to the old!!!

This is a great app for tracking flights I am a limo drive and it has always been accurate and dependable. Im hoping they develop Apple Watch support very soon

This app is a lot like those apps that tell you when your plane is on time

This turned into a horrible app. Not accurate not comprehensive not useable any more. Give us the old app back or lose all of us.

This upgrade is a huge disappointment. You need to listen to your customers. You went from great to the worst. Please fix it. Make it friendly again. Captain Ken

New update made me delete the app. I dont like it and it seems most other people dont. Used to be an awesome app, but now I cant navigate it so, bye bye.

Use this app for my work and loved it. But then it got upgraded and it isnt as useful. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!!!
